We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QC Chemist to join our team at Amgen SA in Singapore. As a Senior Associate Quality Control (Chemistry), you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and performing analytical testing and approval of test results on raw materials, water, in-process control, drug substance, and stability samples in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related technological field, or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge and understanding of GMP pharmaceutical production and associated testing methods are essential. Technical skills in QC Chemistry/Biochemistry/Raw material testing methods and equipment, including Immunoblot Assay/Cell based Bioassay, Chromatography, and General Chemistry, are also required.
You will work closely with the Quality Control Manager to troubleshoot issues related to analytical testing, techniques, and equipment, and conduct laboratory investigations and assist in timely closure of investigations, CAPAs, and deviations. Additionally, you will support method verification and method validation/transfer for new product introduction, train new/junior laboratory staff, and ensure all staff are appropriately trained and qualified to execute their duties.
