Part-Time Locum Healthcare Assistant Wanted

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support inpatient wards at our public healthcare institution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist nurses with daily patient care tasks, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Support patient hygiene and mobility, promoting independence and dignity.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within the ward, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Monitor and report patient conditions, utilizing critical thinking skills to inform decision-making.
- Perform other ward duties as assigned by nursing staff, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
- Relevant HCA experience or HMI certification required, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Able to commit to assigned shift patterns and durations, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
- SN/ENs willing to accept HCA duties and rate welcome to apply, emphasizing our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
