About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team at Binance Labs. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of hundreds of crypto investments, including digital assets and equities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Collaborate with the investment team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with founders in our portfolio companies, industry experts, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem to build key relationships and influence.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of portfolio companies and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and conduct market analysis and risk assessment from time to time.
  • Corporate Support: Support the business across a broad scope of corporate matters, including corporate restructuring, divestments, reporting requirements, and other transactional initiatives by portfolio companies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency investments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication (written and verbal), organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other emerging trends. Experience working with early-stage startups and providing strategic guidance to founders. Strong network within the Web3 and blockchain community.
