Job Title: Junior Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a junior assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced environment.


The successful candidate will assist the senior chefs with food preparation, learn basic cooking techniques, and contribute to maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation & Quality: Assist in meal preparation, learn and execute basic cooking methods, and ensure dishes meet hotel standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean workstation, store and label food items correctly, assist with receiving and checking deliveries, and handle equipment safely.
  • Teamwork & Development: Collaborate with kitchen and service teams, demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized institution is highly advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (including internships or apprenticeships) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of culinary fundamentals, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures.
