Culinary Team Member - Wok Station Specialist

About the Role

This is a key position in our kitchen team, responsible for managing and maintaining the efficiency of the wok station. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Chinese cuisine and be able to demonstrate exceptional culinary skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure that ingredients are stocked as needed.
  4. Work effectively with other members of the kitchen team to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
  5. Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  2. Possession of a basic food hygiene certificate.
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
