Job Title: Concrete Mixer Driver

Job Summary:


As a concrete mixer driver, you will be responsible for transporting concrete from the production facility to construction sites. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and safe delivery of the product while maintaining excellent customer service skills.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver concrete to designated sites within the specified timeframe.

  2. Maintain the mixer truck in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues to management.

  3. Report cartage details to management accurately and in a timely manner.

  4. Coordinate with the plant dispatch department to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  5. Conduct slump tests on concrete to ensure quality standards are met.

  6. Possess a valid Class 4 driving license and be able to navigate routes effectively.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or related industries.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
