Live Strategy and Data Science Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Live Strategy and Data Science Specialist to join our team in promoting core indicators on LIVE revenue and user engagement, which includes:

- Building predictive models to improve LIVE feature intelligence;
- Analyzing user data and system data to find opportunities for user experience optimization;
- Developing strategies for user growth, cold-start strategies, and other related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical and analytical background, with experience in working with large datasets and machine learning algorithms. Additionally, they should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a Live Strategy and Data Science Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business data in different markets, formulating targeted strategies, and evaluating strategic benefits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights into different strategy scenarios, using data skills to deepen scenario understanding and promote decision quality.

Requirements

- Mathematics, statistics, computer science related majors, with experience in internet business;
- Excellent thinking framework and scenario understanding ability;
- Good at using data analysis and other means to solve business problems;
- Experience in casual inference, evaluation framework, data mining preferred;
- Understanding of machine learning and recommendation algorithms preferred;

Preferred Qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
