Embedded Research Position

This role involves the evaluation and development of cutting-edge embedded microcontrollers and cryptography algorithms. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, designing research methods, and publishing findings in top-tier international venues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations of state-of-the-art embedded microcontrollers and associated cryptography algorithms
  • Develop and test research methods on non-invasive and semi-invasive aspects of hardware security, including post-quantum cryptography, IoT security, and hardware forensics
  • Perform device setup, testing, data analysis, and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with embedded systems required
  • Prior experience with coding and evaluation of cryptography hardware or quantum devices required
  • Coding background in C, Java, Assembly, Python, or VHDL for analysis
  • Brief knowledge of advanced cryptography algorithms like post-quantum cryptography preferred
  • Creative, curious, self-motivated, and a team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
