We are seeking a highly skilled System Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TRANE DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance services for our Building Management Systems (BMS).

Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Carry out thorough troubleshooting, analysis, and rectification of BMS systems in a timely manner.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent support to clients with system operation and recommend improvements to enhance their experience.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to determine the system's operation status and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to client requests and attend to issues in a short notice.
  • Safety Supervision: Supervise subcontractors to ensure safe execution of work.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide assistance to colleagues and actively mentor them.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all works are carried out according to specified quality and EHS standards.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit quotations for material, labor, and scope of works.
  • Field Work: Perform replacement/repair, fit-out works/A&A for existing BMS sites.
  • Standby Duty: Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule.
  • Certification: Perform annual calibration and verification of BMS sensors.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support for BMS services and site surveys.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree from a recognized technical institute.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience in BMS Control Systems.
  • Programming Skills: Hands-on experience in programming languages and logic gates.
  • Digital Fundamentals: Familiarity with digital fundamentals.
  • Networking Knowledge: Knowledge of basic networking.
  • Customer Management: Strong customer management & problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Software Skills: Skilled in the use of MS Office.
  • ACMV System: Knowledge of ACMV systems.
