Job Opportunity: Personal Care Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Officer to join our team. As a Personal Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in a welfare home setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise the care of residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that promote the well-being of residents, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interviews and progress, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the home's equipment, upholding safety and efficiency standards.
  • Contribute to a clean and hygienic environment by maintaining the premises' cleanliness.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in psychology, social work, counseling, or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in interpersonal skills and communication techniques.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Willingness to undergo training, embracing ongoing professional development.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in child psychology, community outreach, clinical supervision, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, supporting administrative tasks.
