As a senior financial officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the organization's fiscal stability and ensuring accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial schedules to guarantee timely budgeting and forecasting.
  • Asset Management: Maintain precise records of fixed assets and balance sheet items, ensuring seamless financial management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash inflows and outflows efficiently, making timely payments and updating system records accordingly.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to prevent discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audit preparation, including monthly and year-end closing, to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: An ACCA certification or degree in Accountancy/ relevant disciplines is required. Proficiency in numbers, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent accounting skills are essential. A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable/GL, is also required.
  • Location: The ideal candidate should reside in the east regions of Singapore (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok, or Simei).
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Management, and Financial Reporting is desirable.
