Job Title: Hairstylist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled hairstylist to join our team. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to clients, including consultations, haircuts, color applications, and styling.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on hair care products and recommend suitable options.
  • Perform haircuts, color applications, and styling services to meet client expectations.
  • Offer additional services such as manicures, pedicures, and waxing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with salon standards.
  • Manage bookings and greet clients warmly upon arrival.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hairstyle trends and techniques.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a hairstylist or colorist.
  • A strong portfolio of styling and coloring techniques.
  • Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to provide clear guidance.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and eye for design.
