We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to contribute to our innovative project on AI for mental health. As an Artificial Intelligence Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare through cutting-edge research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead Research on AI-Mediated Communication: Conduct in-depth research on AI-mediated communication in emotional and mental health contexts, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.">
  • Design and Develop Interactive Systems: Design, develop, and evaluate interactive systems or interventions that promote positive socio-emotional outcomes, leveraging your expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Communication.">
  • Publish and Present Research: Publish and present your research in top-tier HCI and Communication journals and conferences, contributing to open resources or toolkits for academic and public audiences.">
  • Mentor and Collaborate: Mentor and collaborate with students and interdisciplinary team members, building partnerships with external stakeholders such as community organizations or industry.">
  • Support Lab Development: Support lab development, including organizing research activities, managing projects, and contributing to grant proposals.">

Job Requirements:

  • PhD in Human-Computer Interaction or Related Field: Hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication, Computer Science, Information Science, Psychology, or a related field.">
  • Research Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record with publications in reputable journals and conference proceedings in Communication and HCI.">
  • Quantitative Analysis Skills: Showcase proficiency in quantitative/statistical analysis and computational techniques, such as NLP and data mining.">
  • Mixed-Methods Research Experience: Highlight experience conducting mixed-methods research.">
  • Interdisciplinary Team Experience: Emphasize experience working in interdisciplinary teams.">
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
