Senior Interior Designer
Are you a skilled and experienced interior designer looking to drive design direction on client projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join our team in the commercial space, creating practical and pleasing, future-focused solutions.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving design direction on client projects, mentoring more junior designers, and delivering projects from project setup and briefing to on-time delivery. Your expertise in commercial interior design, paired with your ability to work flexibly and commit to continual growth and improvement, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or similar, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design principles
• At least 8 years of experience in design and architecture, with a focus on commercial interior design
• 4+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams
• Strong design visualisation skills, including sketching, hand drawing, and fluency in Revit and Adobe graphics programs
