Job Description

We are seeking a senior dentist to join our dynamic dental team in Singapore. As a key member of our services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to the development of end-to-end solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing clinical teams, and driving business growth through innovative service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing clinical teams and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient delivery of patient care
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess a basic dental degree from a reputable institution, such as the BDS or a dental degree recognized by the Singapore Dental Council.

A minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience is also required.

You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals.
