Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-achieving Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to our candidates.

About the Role
In this role, you will lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs, develop strategic plans to meet those needs, and deliver innovative solutions to drive business success. Your expertise in HR recruitment, combined with your exceptional negotiation skills and commercial acumen, will enable you to secure new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Source, select, and match high-quality candidates with our clients' job openings, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a highly strategic, commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • A passion for sales and client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to self-development, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of SGD $150,000 - SGD $200,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
