Job Title: Behaviour Consultant

This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, supervising therapy teams, and ensuring effective implementation of behaviour intervention plans.

  • Apply principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis in supervising therapy services and clinical programming.
  • Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, providing regular evaluations, feedback, and guidance.
  • Conduct initial assessments, parent interviews, and data-driven behavior intervention plans.
  • Deliver and oversee 1:1 and group ABA sessions as needed.
  • Monitor program implementation, update treatment plans, and ensure timely progress reports.
  • Provide verbal and written feedback to families and caregivers per departmental guidelines.
  • Guide the team through the probing process, behaviour difficulties, and program adjustments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., OT, ST) to support integrated care.
  • Lead and contribute to ABA team trainings, meetings, and clinical workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Master's degree or BA in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or QBA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ABA, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/consultant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and clinical documentation is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
