Operations Analyst Graduate Position

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Operations Analyst Graduate Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry and develop their skills in operations, analysis, and problem-solving.
The programme will provide you with a broad and deep understanding of various functions within the organisation, including Global Markets Operations and Cards and Payments. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for performing KYC tasks, monitoring transaction flows, and supporting incident, problem, and change management. You will also contribute to process improvements and best practices, and support derivatives reconciliation and complex processing activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. You should be able to adapt quickly to new situations, think critically, and make informed decisions.
We are looking for candidates who are undergraduate students graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, curious, adaptable, innovative, and able to communicate complex data clearly.
