Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our HSE strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE management systems, risk assessments, and audit plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project management teams on HSE matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure seamless HSE integration into projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health or any Engineering subject.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in the Marine and Offshore industries.
  • Registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
  • Possession of certifications such as Work at Height Assessor, Risk Management Training Course, and Internal Auditor training course for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
