Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Rewards Data Intelligence Professional to join our team.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing compensation and benefits data from various industries.
  • You will work closely with senior team members to research client problems and identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics and AI to streamline internal work processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing compensation and benefits data from various industries
  • Providing basic analysis on trends and insights preparation for client meetings/events
  • Supporting senior team members in research and administrative tasks
  • Building strong relationships externally and internally, and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of firm-wide survey methodologies and processes
  • Developed technical and consulting skills (e.g. selling and project management skills)
