Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians to perform preventive and predictive maintenance of AVL equipment and adventure facilities, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

Key duties include:

  • Performing troubleshooting, repair, and replacement works for AVL equipment and adventure facilities
  • Liaising and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works
  • Leading a team to set up AVL equipment, including microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, and sound systems
  • Maintaining and auditing stock inventory of AVL and adventure spares parts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • A minimum NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in adventure or audio visual lighting
  • Certification in sport climbing, abseiling, and challenge rope course, rope access (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive working attitude and excellent team player skills
