We are seeking a highly skilled Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team at StarHub. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge data infrastructure that supports analytics and data science initiatives.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using ETL processes to integrate data from various sources, ensuring efficient data flow and improved performance.
  • Manage and maintain the data warehouse architecture, incorporating data modeling techniques to enhance data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement robust data quality checks and monitoring systems to guarantee accuracy and reliability of data used in analytics and reporting.
  • Leverage big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark, to process and analyze large volumes of customer data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal standards.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including:

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain efficient ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
  • Data Warehouse Management: Develop and maintain the data warehouse architecture, ensuring it meets the needs of the CLM team.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in analytics and reporting.
  • Big Data Technologies: Utilize big data technologies to process and analyze large volumes of customer data efficiently.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining data infrastructure that supports analytics and data science initiatives.
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data pipeline.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and infrastructure.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract and retain top talent in this field.
