We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Facility Operations Specialist to join our team at HR Exchange Pte Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our Senior Manager and Senior Engineer in maintaining the smooth operation of our Data Centre facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to senior management in daily operations, ensuring seamless continuity of facility services.
  • Liaise with customers' engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Review 'Events and Actions' on site and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage contractors' work on site, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Participate in planning, execution, and reporting for all daily work, including weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and liaise on contractor works, encompassing tasks such as power diversion, machine power up/down, roll-in/roll-out, PDU updating, power tracing, and equipment data logging.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (candidates with ITE qualifications and relevant experience will be considered).
  • Candidates with engineering education but no work experience may be considered, with training provided.
  • Experience in Data Centre facility maintenance is an advantage.
  • Able to work extended hours when required.
  • Possess good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical work.
  • Possess a strong understanding of large-scale facility electrical infrastructure systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work efficiently, and good team orientation.
  • Only Singaporean candidates will be considered.
