Scalp Specialist Job Description

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a skilled Scalp Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for conducting scalp/hair analysis and consultations with customers, providing expert hair scalp treatments, and performing various duties including shampooing, cutting, and hair coloring.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough scalp/hair analysis and consultations to identify customer needs
  • Provide personalized hair scalp treatments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Perform tasks such as shampooing, cutting, and hair coloring to meet customer demands
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Basic sales skills and ability to meet sales targets is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach with good hands-on working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Well-groomed and cheerful personality
  • Commitment to a 5-day workweek
