Contract Manager Opportunity

This is an opening for a Contract Manager to oversee contract management in road construction, civil works, and/or infrastructure projects.

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Evaluating contractual risks and recommending mitigation strategies to ensure project profitability.
  • Monitoring cost performance to safeguard the financial integrity of projects.
  • Negotiating claim and variation settlements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Providing expert advice on contractual rights, duties, and liabilities to project teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in road construction, civil works, and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in claims preparation, dispute resolution, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
