About this role:

">Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of portfolio performance and risk exposures across multiple asset classes. This role will involve assisting in calculating daily, monthly and quarterly risk and performance reporting, contributing to performance attribution analysis, preparing investment performance reports, and maintaining accurate historical performance databases and benchmark tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in calculating daily, monthly and quarterly risk and performance reporting
• Contribute to performance attribution analysis including use of factor models across asset classes and strategies, help identify drivers of alpha and risk-adjusted returns
• Prepare investment performance reports for senior management, portfolio managers and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate historical performance databases and benchmark tracking
• Prepare analytics to support portfolio management process and marketing

Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and up to 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, risk management, performance analytics, or investment operations.
