CNC Manufacturing Engineer Position

Are you a skilled CNC manufacturing engineer looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CNC manufacturing engineer.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, preferably in the semiconductor industry. They will be responsible for developing and enhancing CNC machining processes for efficiency and precision, optimizing workflows to reduce cycle time and improve throughput, and creating CNC programs using CAD/CAM (2D & 3D) with high-precision tolerances.

The ideal candidate will also work closely with sales and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met and production feasibility is achieved. Additionally, they will support production routing, costing, and KPI improvement, improve yield performance, and promote continuous improvement (Kaizen). They will also identify and implement improvements to reduce scrap, boost productivity, and increase machine utilization, validate design feasibility (DFM), and lead projects from concept to completion within deadlines.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a minimum degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and PMP is also required.
