Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Our restaurant outlet is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service to achieve superior customer satisfaction.


We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Retail Management and proven supervisory work experience in a hotel or restaurant setup.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising opening and closing operations to ensure standard protocols are followed
  • Interacting positively with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and solicit feedback
  • Demonstrating positive leadership characteristics that inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the outlet and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
