We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of centres and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centre Management: Develop staff professional development plans, conduct regular operations review meetings, monitor programme expenses, and lead resolution of operational issues within the centre.
  • Programme Risk and Compliance: Manage programme risk, quality, and compliance, as well as oversee the implementation of operational strategies, programmes, and services for the programmes team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continually review and enhance service standards, performance indicators, and operating guidelines for the centre/department.
  • Implementation Science: Work with the Implementation Science team to review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of service users.
  • Strategic Direction: Identify areas of improvement for the organisation's strategic direction based on research findings from the Implementation Science team.
