  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful event outcomes.
  • Analyze feedback from trainers to enhance training programs continually.
Requirements
  • Polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Positive attitude, customer-centric service mindset, and strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
