Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop concepts for videos, ensuring they are engaging and relevant to our audience.
  • Write and edit scripts, outlines, and storyboards to guide filming and ensure high-quality content.
  • Plan and schedule shoots, including location and cast management, to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Operate cameras, record audio, and set up lighting for shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound.
  • Edit raw footage into a final product using video editing software, adding graphics, music, sound effects, and other enhancements as needed.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, to improve discoverability and engagement.
  • Monitor video performance and engage with the audience through comments and social media, responding to feedback and adapting future content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other creators for joint projects, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of a content calendar for consistent video output, analyzing metrics and performance data to refine content strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
  • Understanding of camera equipment and lighting techniques.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets for video production, including equipment, location fees, and talent costs.
