Aircraft Planning Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the timely arrival of aircraft spares and ensuring that all work requirements meet contractual, statutory, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet operational targets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to arrange component loans or exchanges and prepare purchasing requisitions for repairs or procurement.
  • Implement and monitor customer programs for modifications, special inspections, and component removals.
  • Verify and confirm work requirements comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in aircraft planning and coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field.

  • Avionics, Hydraulics, Aviation, Production Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Adaptable, Accountability, Aircraft, Electronics, Calibration.
