Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment.

  • Design and develop test programs for IC's using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC's.">
  • Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities.">
  • Debug digital test patterns and device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).">
  • Work closely with Hardware, Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.">
  • Operate Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler.">

Job Responsibilities include designing and developing test programs for IC's using Automated Test Equipment (ATE), collaborating with design engineers, debugging digital test patterns and operating Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
