Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager

This role involves overseeing the enterprise-wide vulnerability management lifecycle, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and infrastructure to reduce cyber risks.

It requires strong technical skills, cross-functional coordination, and experience with vulnerability management tools and risk frameworks.

You will manage regular scans, penetration tests, and asset inventory mapping, ensuring full coverage and compliance with organizational risk tolerance.

Responsibilities include analyzing vulnerabilities using CVSS scores, coordinating remediation efforts with IT and engineering teams, managing tools like Tenable, and ensuring integration with SIEMs, CMDBs, and ticketing systems.

You will provide metrics and dashboards to senior management, support audits, define patch ownership, and participate in incident response activities.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field">
  • At least 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 2+ years in vulnerability management">
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and security frameworks (CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)">
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networks, web applications, and cloud environments">
  • Experience managing cross-functional remediation projects">
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, or similar are preferred">
  • ITIL and PMP certifications are a plus">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities">
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure">
