Job Description

Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel is a critical area that plays a key role in optimising processes and ensuring efficient inventory and shipment movement. Your work also contributes to vital medicines reaching patients on time and supports essential deliveries.

The goal is to ensure seamless operational responsibility for assigned Key Accounts, maximising customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

  • Manage the professional development of Operational Key Account Management Team members.
  • Be responsible for team performance management and internal metrics.
  • Support customer-facing activities such as KPIs, QBRs, standardization efforts, and best practices.
  • Support team members individually and foster collaboration within the team.
  • Foster close coordination, consistency, and collaboration with Operational Key Account Specialist Team, Processes, Systems, Sales, and other Business Units.
  • Develop and adjust training plans to ensure all Operational Key Account Managers are qualified to manage assigned customer requirements.
  • Ensure professional onboarding and offboarding of team members.
  • Improve internal processes and create a sustainable organisational structure.
  • Drive initiatives related to the overall program strategy and communicate status and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
