Foster business growth and enhance performance within the Agency channel by developing innovative recruitment strategies, training agents, and leading campaign initiatives.

  • Design regular training programs on product knowledge, operational processes, and digital tools to equip agents for success.
  • Create customised marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and retention goals.
  • Plan and organise sales engagement events to maintain strong relationships with agents and drive collaboration.
  • Develop new agent recruitment strategies using channels like open houses, referrals, and social media to expand your network.
  • Analyse agents' performance data and develop action plans to improve underperforming agents' results.
  • Communicate key updates, campaign information, and other relevant initiatives to agents through timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • A strong professional network of agents within the local market.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, Agency General Insurance Sales, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Staying current with industry trends and news.
  • Possession of relevant Insurance certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and track performance trends.
  • Strong time management skills with prioritisation and multi-tasking abilities.
