">- Job Description:
- Cultivate academic growth by coaching and guiding students in completing daily homework, including assignments and spelling exercises.
- Maintain teaching resources, ensuring the classroom is well-equipped and visually appealing with innovative materials and engaging activities.
- Foster strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and updates, promoting trust and understanding.
- Be a positive role model, inspiring creativity and confidence among students.
- Ensure student safety during transportation from school to our centre and within the premises, adhering to strict protocols.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE A Level with at least 2 years of experience in the student care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage classrooms effectively.
- A positive mindset, enthusiasm, and energy to learn and grow with our organisation.
- Ability to teach primary school subjects an added advantage but not necessary.
- Fresh graduates passionate about teaching and willing to undergo training welcome to apply.
