Our esteemed establishment seeks an accomplished Bartender to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and serve exquisite cocktails, beers, and wines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles with finesse.
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies as required.
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area efficiently.
- Wash soiled glassware with attention to detail.
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area promptly.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
