Role Summary:

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain management, and international trade.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full order fulfillment cycle from purchase order placement to goods delivery. This includes liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and consignees across countries to ensure timely shipment and documentation.

The Logistics Coordinator will also arrange international shipments (by sea/air/land) and confirm booking with freight forwarders or shipping lines. Additionally, they will prepare and verify all necessary logistics and export documents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full order fulfillment cycles from PO placement to goods delivery.
  • Liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and consignees across countries to ensure timely shipment and documentation.
  • Arranging international shipments (by sea/air/land) and confirming bookings with freight forwarders or shipping lines.
  • Preparing and verifying all necessary logistics and export documents.
  • Coordinating with finance teams to follow up on payments to suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with buyer/seller contract terms, bank requirements, and customs regulations.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years' experience in a trading company, logistics, or export/import operations.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping, and banking terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
