Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing all stages of the content and creative process for IMDA's social media channels – and occasionally for other digital platforms (email marketing, website).

This includes executing platform-specific content strategy, planning content roadmap, prioritisation of content, developing story and visual ideas, making design and visual aid recommendations, content editing and search engine optimisation.

You will work closely with agency partners to ensure timely and quality execution of always-on optimised content/content amplification, and will stay on top of inspiring, cutting-edge content trends and development.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital content marketing and creation principles, as well as experience in harnessing content metrics to drive content performance and ROI. You should also be comfortable with the use of various marketing technologies and solutions, such as email marketing, A/B testing of content, Analytics, CMS, etc.
