">The Ideal Candidate
">We are looking for a seasoned BIM expert with a strong background in construction project delivery. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software is essential.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.">
- Leverage industry-standard software, such as Revit and Navisworks, to create accurate and detailed models that facilitate collaboration and data exchange.">
- Maintain and update BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.">
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and coordination of BIM models and data.">
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of BIM processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.">
- Establish data management strategies to capture, organize, and maintain project information within the BIM environment.">
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM software tools, processes, and standards.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.">
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and project execution.">
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software.">
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
- Experience with construction project delivery, including knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.">
- Certificate in BIM Management or VDC is an advantage.">
- Knowledge of 4D, 5D, and 6D is an added advantage.">
- Experience in LTA/MRT projects is advantageous.">
