Job Title: Principal Electrical Drafter cum BIM Modeler\

As a skilled and detail-oriented electrical drafter, you will be responsible for developing electrical shop drawings, coordinating BIM models, and ensuring all documentation aligns with project and regulatory standards.

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D electrical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
  • Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documents for systems such as lighting & power, single-line diagrams (SLD), lightning protection systems (LPS), underground piping, and ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Card Access, EVC).
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, Architectural) via BIM tools such as Navisworks.
  • Attend BIM coordination meetings; identify and resolve clashes in the model.
  • Maintain and update BIM models based on design revisions and site conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with BCA BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • A diploma certification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of drafting and BIM modelling experience in the electrical or M&E construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction codes and standards.
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-player attitude.
