Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to provide L1 technical support and assist with administrative tasks. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, maintaining system health, processing procurement tasks, and supporting project documentation.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, using your technical skills to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 technical support and troubleshooting for IT products and systems
  • Handle user queries and incidents via ticketing systems
  • Document technical issues and maintain a knowledge base
  • Conduct basic system health checks and monitoring
  • Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong IT troubleshooting capabilities
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data analytics is highly valued
