Job Overview

  • Filling and stacking cake layers with pre-prepared creams and fillings requires attention to detail and precision.
  • Applying simple, pre-designed fruit toppings, cake toppers, and other decorations according to standardized guidelines demands creativity and imagination.
  • Carefully packaging finished cakes into boxes ensures they arrive at their destination in perfect condition, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Basic ingredient preparation, inventory management, and supporting the overall production flow in our central kitchen require strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including washing tools and equipment, is crucial to ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • We are seeking candidates with Singaporean citizenship or residency for this position.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cake assembly, filling, and simple decorating techniques is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment is critical to success in this role.
  • This is a 4-day work week position, inclusive of weekends and public holidays, which may impact personal time and flexibility.
  • Able to work in a cold environment, including entering the chiller and freezer room when needed.
  • Physically fit, able to stand for long hours and carry heavy loads.
