Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Trainer to join our team at Care Corner Seniors Services Ltd. As a Wellness Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering our Gym Tonic and Frailty Management Programme (FMP) services to seniors in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes and conduct group fitness/wellness programmes for Active Ageing Centres (AACs) as required.
  • Monitor and record clients' vital signs for therapy and undertake administrative duties such as upkeep of clients' files, attendance-taking, and tracking for follow-up where needed.
  • Manage designated FMP sites and programmes as assigned, including managing individual client's pre and post assessment plan, planning and maintaining records of services provided, and updating statistics when necessary.
  • Recruit and train senior volunteers to enhance operational efficiency and participate in all Gym Tonic/FMP meetings, providing statistical updates where needed.
Requirements
  • Related experience in working with seniors or in the social service sector, preferably with Sports Science and/or Gym Tonic background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database tools, with good administrative and problem-solving skills, and strong communications skills, preferably bilingual with dialects.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
