Staff Officer Planning MHA - Implementation Specialist
Job Description:The Staff Officer will work with the Plans & Policy Branch under the Planning & Organisation Department to assist with tracking key performance indicators and implementing the COMPASS 2.0 system.
This role is focused on ensuring a seamless transition of the new system, requiring close coordination with departments and units to facilitate training and data updates.
The successful candidate will have expertise in data management, particularly with the Human Resource Payroll System (HRPS), and be able to effectively manage HRPS requests from various departments and units.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation and transition of COMPASS 2.0, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff members across departments and units, focusing on effective use of the new system.
- Oversee data management for the HRPS, maintaining accurate records and resolving any data-related issues that may arise.
- Manage HRPS requests from departments and units, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resource or business-related role, with a proven track record of success in data analysis and management.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Office and other software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
