Executive Finance Leader Sought

We are recruiting a seasoned finance executive to lead our Asian operations. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving financial decisions, strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all financial aspects of our Asia business, encompassing 11 countries in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with cluster and global stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, drive business performance, and achieve commercial results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team, oversee strategic projects, and conduct analysis of regional initiatives and new service offerings.
  • Foster trust throughout the organization and promote accountability, teamwork, and excellence at all levels.

Your Profile:

  • +10 years of experience in a senior business finance role, preferably from a Cluster/Market FD position within a multinational organization.
  • Background in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong business acumen, market understanding, commercial finance, and partnering and communication skills.
  • International mindset and willingness to travel regularly.
