About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator cum Purchaser to join our team at DANA SAC S.E PTE. LTD.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills and purchasing experience to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage order receipts, prioritizing timely order processing and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Support the order-to-cash process by exceling in order processing and ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
  • Register and process customer orders received via electronic mail, phone, or other contact methods.
  • Verify that order processing is accurate and complete, then transfer it to logistics for delivery. Address any issues related to delivery or invoices with your supervisor.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding questions and complaint resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer service-related records and ensure their secure archiving.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration between customer service teams to administer customer orders efficiently.
  • Perform purchasing tasks, including handling purchase orders, goods receipt, and other duties as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A diploma in business studies or management, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in customer services, order management, or logistics within a distribution center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently.
  • Possess strong negotiation and cost-efficiency skills.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, responsibility, and commitment to tasks.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environments and start work immediately or with short notice.

Salary Estimate: SGD $35,000 - SGD $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
