Lead Quality Improvement Specialist


Oversee and manage a high-performing team to ensure effective collaboration, performance, and daily operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:">
  • Lead the registrar function to guarantee smooth daily processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve registrar process and system issues, increasing workflow efficiency.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and liaise with LMS experts.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
Senior Manager, Learning Quality role requires individuals who are experienced in managing teams, improving workflow, and ensuring quality standards. A background in human resources or education is beneficial for this position.
