Electrical Maintenance Expert

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs within set deadlines and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations.

To be successful in this position, you will require a strong background in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of MV/LV switch gears, HV/LV motors, and other electrical equipment. Additionally, good knowledge of electrical protection systems, static frequency converters, and static excitation systems is necessary.

  • Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation measures for every maintenance job in the facility.
  • Maintain a comprehensive documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arise in the facility.

The ideal candidate will assist the section head in identifying, planning, and reviewing training needs of the team, as well as reviewing and identifying spare requirements. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry.
